Kevin V. Kelly, M.D. is a graduate of University of Illinois College of Medicine where he received his degree as a medical doctor. His residency was completed at Rush University Medical Center (Chicago, Illinois) in neurosurgery.

His memberships in professional organizations include: The Congress of Neurological Surgeons, American Association of Neurological Surgeons, and the American Medical Association. He has been honored by Rush University Medical Center with Awards in Teaching. He is affiliated with INTEGRIS Baptist Medical Center, INTEGRIS Southwest Medical Center, and ESEC Surgery Center.
