Spine and Neurological Surgery, or neurosurgery, are all types of surgery on the brain, spinal cord, and peripheral nerves. Some of the neurosurgery procedures performed here in Oklahoma include removal of tumors in the brain and along the spine, repair of damaged or abnormal blood vessels (such as brain aneurysms or arteriovenous malformations in the brain), surgery of herniated discs in the spine with minimally invasive techniques, spine stabilization with the insertion of spine instrumentation, and procedures to relieve chronic pain.
