R. Cullen Thomas, MD is Board Certified by the American Board of Surgery. Dr. Thomas attended the University of Kansas School of Medicine, Kansas City, Kansas, where he received his degree as a medical doctor. His internship was completed for surgery as a dual appointment at the University of Kansas School of Medicine (Wichita) and St. Francis Hospital (Wichita).

Dr. Thomas is a member of several professional societies and organizations including: He is a Fellow member of the American College of Surgeons, American Medical Association, and the Oklahoma State Medical Association. Dr. Thomas is affiliated with Mercy Health Center and ESEC Surgery Center.
